After 3 months on site, the groundworks at Lockley Homes' latest development of 8 contemporary 3 bedroom townhouses at Pope Iron Road are now nearing completion.
The deep drainage of the development and the road base are now in place and the piling contractors have completed their work on site.
The damp course brickwork and internal plot drainage are progressing well and Lockley Homes will start the superstructures by the end of this month.
The development will be launched this summer 2021 with completion of these eight high-specification townhouses, just minutes from the city centre, available to take place from Autumn of this year.
