£5,000 Donation Brings New Life to Local School Playground

We are proud to support our local community by donating £5,000 towards new playground equipment for the nearby school. To celebrate the partnership, we welcomed pupils and members of the Senior Leadership Team to our development site, located just across the road from the school. During the visit, the children took part in planting bulbs around the development, helping to create a space they can feel connected to for years to come. The visit also gave the children a unique opportunity to experience a live construction environment up close. They enjoyed exploring the site safely and were particularly excited to look around one of our completed show homes, offering them a glimpse into how new homes are built and finished. As part of the day, we formally presented a cheque to the school’s Senior Leadership Team, marking our contribution towards enhancing the outdoor play facilities for pupils. We’re delighted to play a small role in supporting the school and creating opportunities for children to learn, explore and enjoy improved play spaces.
