A Lockley Homes development located off Broadway Road, Childswickham

Lockley Homes is seeking full planning permission to build nine homes off Broadway Road in Childswickham.

Permission in Principle, planning permission has already been granted for the site.

Two new accesses will be built off Broadway Road to access the site.

The plans state: "The proposal will deliver nine high design quality homes in the village. The proposal would help to boost the supply of housing, where the council has a chronic shortage. The proposal would deliver one affordable home and an off-site financial contribution towards affordable housing. The site is also deliverable now. The future occupiers will help to support the vitality of local services and facilities. The proposal supports the local economy as well as the new homes bonus and council tax. The proposal helps to support a strong and competitive economy."
