September 2019The launch event which took place on Saturday 7th September hosted nearly 200 visitors. Guests keen to have the first view of Lockley Homes’ latest development enjoyed a glass of bubbly and nibbles as they viewed the luxury two-bedroom bungalow, featuring the bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area with the exquisite feature window which has become a trademark to a Lockley Homes bungalow. The show home was staged by interior design company ‘Eighteen’ a local company and one to watch out for.
The incredible high specification and quality fixtures and fittings impressed guests who were also able to have a guided ‘sneak peek’ at the luxury ‘Sky Bungalows’; six luxury two bedroom apartments in Connolly House, designed in the manner of an Edwardian country home and ranging in size from 1,650 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft, some 10-20% bigger than traditional bungalows, due to be completed by the end of the year.
The launch has sparked a surge of interest and joint Managing Director, Karl Lockley said “We are delighted to be able to show our bungalow and we will be showing one of our two-bedroom apartments in December. The launch was a great success and we have received lots of positive comments, I would like to thank everyone who attended and made the event such a resounding success”
With both four-bedroom houses already sold off-plan, Lockley Homes are confident the eight remaining properties will not be available for long.
