Lockley submits planning application at prestigious site on Henley-in-Arden high street

Lockley Homes has today submitted a full planning application to Stratford District Council for a luxury development on Henley-in-Arden high street. Designed by Ritchie & Ritchie LLP, the proposal is to demolish the existing old factory unit and build 7 luxury homes comprising of the following form:

- 1 x three bedroom house fronting the high street

- 1 x one bedroom apartment above the garaging with terrace

- 4 x two bedroom apartments (ground and first floor)

- 1 x two bedroom penthouse apartment
