Lockley Homes are extremely proud to announce that we have now sold our 'super bungalow' in Tanworth-in-Arden for £2,000,000 with completion set for early summer this year.
The sale was agreed off-plan to a private client and we now look forward to working alongside the client to personalise the final specification to this truly unique plot.
The bungalow has this week been fitted with Residence 9 windows and doors and the internal walls are now fully plastered with 2nd fix due shortly. We look forward to watching this one-off plot unfold during the coming weeks and we will be releasing finished photo’s and video tour later this year.
