This month we welcomed two new members to our ever-growing team here at Lockley Homes!
Lydia McElevey has joined our office team who will be assisting with the day to day running of the office and ensuring our customer’s journeys are seamless from start to finish.
Lee Russell has also joined us as a site manager. Lee is already managing our popular Penbury Grove scheme in Worcester, ensuring the site runs smoothly, works are progressing and doing a fantastic top of ensuring all time scales are being adhered to get move our new residents in as soon as possible.
Speaking of Penbury Grove – The scheme is off to a fantastic start and has been so popular with an overwhelming amount of interest! Having sold the first three plots during the groundworks phase, followed by a successful Rightmove launch by our joint agents Andrew Grant & Harts, we have now reserved the remaining three plots within just one week!
We are currently working alongside our excited buyers, both old and new! At Penbury Grove we welcome back some special repeat purchasers of ours, whom we can’t wait to work with once again in creating another dream home for. We are working with each of our buyers off plan to assist with customising their luxury, bespoke homes and ensuring they are involved in each step of the process to create a sanctuary and space that truly works for them.
Our Paintworks development is now fully sold after a successful marketing campaign and our residents are all settling into their new Lockley Homes. Deer’s Leap, located on the Henley-in-Arden’s picturesque High Street is beginning to progress and take shape. The groundworks are now underway with both Plot 1 and The Penthouse having already been sold off plan.
We will be launching the remaining four luxury apartments on the scheme over the coming weeks so keep your eyes peeled for these - they’re really not one to miss!
